It is an invitiation to women that want to free themselves for their inner truth and outer coherence. Its a sensual journey through touch, sound, movement, prayer, stillness, tears of sadness or joy…

Orna is well known for creating a safe space for inner change and a peaceful environment which gives you the opportunity to enter your core and arrive home in your body and soul.

THE MEDICINE WHEEL

WITH FULL SPEAD AHEAD

In healing work, I often come across the question: “Did I just come up with this or is it real?” Answering that is not that easy and I often like to ask back: “How real is it when you watch a film and you have to cry? ”
Have you ever considered how incredibly practical and healing our gift for imagination is in addition to self-reflection? How can we use it to initiate changes that we wish for our healing?
This weekend we will dive into the brain and heart. We will gain an insight into what our inner world is capable of and how we can use it to less try to change our outside than rather more perceive it different.

A weekend of contemplation, sensuality and meaningfulness. A weekend which takes us on a journey into the inner realms. To where outside and inside embrace each other, where the body asks the soul to dance, where the sound of creation chants through our cells.

Can spirituality simultaneously be lustful, funny and serious? Can the feeling of heaven grow in a touch? Can love flow?

We open ourselves in the circle of women to the gift, which we really are. Each one in her own rhythm and her own potentiality.

This weekend invites us to experience the juicy (luscious) and full YES of life. The sacred clown gives us a wonderful opportunity to ask our own unloved fears playfully to dance with them. Because it simply loves these aspects: the belly, which we try to hide, the grumpy mood, who no one wants to face, the shyness, which we want to get rid of…

The sacred clown is a world twister and a backward dancer. It blows up conditionings as it mirrors their faces so that we can recognize them and warmly laugh and cry us free from them.

The sacred clown connects us with our inner child.

PRIVATE SESSION

Orna percieves the world in the first place as musician. Therefore her teaching and also her therapeutic work is characterized by a understanding of the world that has crystalized in all those years of living for music and living with music.

In a private reading Orna relates to the acual questions in life and to the inner circumstances. A reading gives the opportunity to look closely at what is connected to what in life and at questions still not answered. To get there Orna is using her gift of sensing and hearing and a schamanic form of singing and sounding/voicing.

AMNANDA

AYURVEDISCHE ÖLKUR

The Amnanda Process is an Ayurvedic ‘rasayana’ or revitalising therapy and is a profound process of revitalization that acts holistically at the physical, emotional and spiritual level. Amnanda means “the path to joy” and this is at the heart of all Amnanda treatments and the spirit of Ayurveda. The main goal of the Amnanda process is to dissolve traumatic life experiences, at the level of cell memory, to reduce their negative effect on our daily lives and allow a process of rejuvenation or revitalisation to unfold.

The Amnanda Process is a one-year treatment program of twelve relaxing oil treatments. The oils used in Amnanda are specially prepared with herbs and mantra and are applied to the whole body. It is a journey that unfolds over the year – releasing trauma held in different areas of the body and at deeper levels with each successive treatment. Healing begins from the first treatment and each person’s journey is highly individual but always includes renewed enthusiasm, greater clarity and direction in life and restored youthful vitality.
